This website (grgarments.shop) and the GR Garments brand are operated by GR Garments ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Most garments are made-to-measure — cut and tailored to your selected size or measurements after the order is placed. Colours/fabric may vary slightly from on-screen images.
• We may correct pricing errors and update product details at any time before an order is accepted.

2. Orders & acceptance

• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or inability to fulfil.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact, measurement and delivery details.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. Phone-number verification (OTP) is required to place an order.

4. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Made-to-measure items are produced to your specification. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including the fit guarantee.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, techpacks, imagery and trademarks on this site are owned by GR Garments and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
