This Privacy Policy explains how GR Garments (operating GR Garments) collects and uses your information when you use grgarments.shop.
We share data only as needed to run the service: with Razorpay (payments), our SMS provider (OTP and updates), and logistics partners (delivery). We do not sell your personal data.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are opened, roughly where visitors come from, and which devices they use. Google sets cookies on your browser for this and processes the data on our behalf; it may be stored outside India. We use it in aggregate to improve the site, never to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.
We retain order data as required for business and legal/tax purposes, and apply reasonable safeguards (OTP codes are stored hashed; data access is restricted). No method is 100% secure.
