Operated by GR Garments (GR Garments). Because most of our garments are
made-to-measure — cut specifically for you after you order — this policy balances that with a fit
guarantee.
Cancellation
- Before production begins (typically within 24 hours of ordering):
cancel for a full refund.
- After production has begun: made-to-measure items are custom-cut and cannot be cancelled, as
work and fabric have been committed to your order.
Returns
- Made-to-measure garments are non-returnable except where there is a manufacturing defect
or you received the wrong item.
- Report any defect within 48 hours of delivery with photos to our support.
Fit guarantee
We stand behind the fit. If your first fitting isn't right, we offer a complimentary alteration or
remake within 7 days of delivery, per our SOP.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, within
5–7 business days of approval.
- For prepaid orders we cancel before production, the full amount is refunded.
