Start with your headcount, then add spares
Count your team, then add a few spares. Staff join after the order ships, and garments wear out before everyone else's does — a handful of spare pieces means you're not placing a rushed reorder for two people three months later. Mixed sizes across the run are completely fine: there's no penalty for ordering small, medium and large together in one batch.
Small orders and samples are possible
Team pricing starts at 20 pieces. If you need fewer than that — a small office, a trial batch, or just one sample before you commit — that's possible too.
Why quantity changes the maths for printing but not embroidery
This is the part worth understanding before you order. Screen printing carries a one-time setup cost per design, charged once regardless of how many pieces you print. Spread across a large order, that setup cost per piece becomes small. Spread across a small order, it doesn't — so on a short run, setup can be a meaningful share of what you pay per piece.
Embroidery has no setup charge at all. Its per-piece cost doesn't move with quantity the way printing's does.
The practical result: for a small run — a few pieces, or a single sample — embroidery is often the better-value decoration, even though it's usually thought of as the more premium option. Printing pulls ahead once your order is large enough that the setup cost is spread thin. If you're ordering close to the 20-piece mark, it's worth asking us for both prices before you decide.
